Yeah, I follow your reasoning. My rationale (which I failed to convey in
my original report) is that explicitly mentioning that you've Cc'ed
somebody is many times valuable information. In that sense, I've more
often than not disliked debbugs hiding who was the report forwarded two.

This is probably a matter of opinion, but personally I would like to see
X-Debbugs-Cc used as a pseudo-header more often, and this was just an
usability improvment towards that.
