Messages to submit with a proper Package: pseudoheader are (almost)
always accepted automatically. (As are messages with debbugs specific
headers and other obvious identifying marks.)
It'd help if you'd send the Message-Id of messages which did not make
it through to owner@bugs.debian.org if you have additional problems.
