Package: Bug Tracking System
Version: ?

It seems your Bug Tracking System is not able to read headers ! I
understand you want a pseudo header after the real header, in the
body, but you could at least check in the header if you don't
find your headers in the body.

Subject: Message with no Package: tag cannot be processed!
         (aptitude don't say "already installed")

Your message didn't have a Package: line at the start (in the
pseudo-header following the real mail header), or didn't have a
pseudo-header at all. Your message has been filed under junk but
otherwise ignored.

This makes it much harder for us to categorise and deal with your
problem report. Please _resubmit_ your report to submit@bugs.debian.org
and tell us which package the report is on. For help, check out
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting.

Your message was dated Tue, 20 Dec 2005 12:22:11 +0100 and had
message-id <20051220112211.GC32211@localhost.localdomain>
and subject aptitude don't say "already installed".
The complete text of it is attached to this message.

If you need any assistance or explanation please contact me.

Pulling psuedoheaders out of the real headers won't be implemented
because we want to be able to not show useless headers.
