Bug#218184: debbugs: support "srcpackage" command for control@b.d.o

It would be nice if there was a command to parallel the "package"
command recognised by control@b.d.o, called something like
"srcpackage" or "sourcepkg" or "sourcepackage"; this would act in the
same way but would refer to the source package of a bug rather than
the binary package.  I could imagine katie then prepending its
automatic "fixed" messages with such a command, and it would be useful
to maintainers directly as well.
