Bug#136106: debbugs: tags for "experimental" would be nice

'experimental' is available now. 'fixed-in-experimental' is a much more
complicated concept and should probably go along with concepts like
"fixed in unstable but not in testing", and so on. We need to add
version tracking before that can be done properly.
Maybe 'Tags: sid, sarge' or thereabouts would help for now?
