Indeed, do not wait on me to correct.  My time available to correct
comes at irregular intervals, so schedules cannot reliably be built
around my corrections.  Nevertheless, any time you are working towards a
release, I will try my best to fit in extra time for it.  Also, any help
with prioritizing my editing efforts would be appreciated: if you would
like particular sections to get the focus first, let me know.

So, if this is important for your current target audience for the doc, I
will certainly put this new section at the head of my list.

Those who are adding content will have to decide "when it's ready".  I'm
just editing what's there, and not really giving careful consideration
to issues such as completeness of the document, or whether it is
organised the way we want it at this time.
