While I guess your short letter is perfect for the purpose you intend
(convincing government people) because this should not be more than two
pages of text I wonder whether it makes sense to release the current state
of cdd-doc as version 0.3.
Well, Ben said that he did not finished his proof reading but because I
recently added something about "localisation as a special kind of
specialisation and thus also a CDD target" it might make sense to publish
this version to supoprt your idea. I guess time for corrections is always
and we would need further work on this document but if you need an
up to date document for some certain reason tell me and I'll release the current
state.

BTW, IMHO we also need more translations of the cdd-doc, but perhaps we
should wait until version 1.0. What do you think about this?

Would be great to have supporters in the Brasilian government - the sooner
the better.
