Some days ago, I start to load the Alioth project for
debpartial-mirror tool. Now this is done[1].

We can use it to help to develop this tool and to it we already have a
Subversion repository[2] available for us.
2. http://svn.debian.org/viewcvs/partial-mirror/
Fell free to ask for write permission and to provide patches,
suggestions, ... anything.
