Your fundamental misunderstanding here is that you are confusing the
person replying to a post and the original-poster. It is the OP who
should be the one to decide whether he wants to receive CC's privately
or not.
But I notice in some of your other responses that this confusion may
have been cleared up (its difficult to follow a train of thought
through 6 or 7 replies). I don't see how your new suggested CC header
is any less of a dirty hack than you propose M-F-T is.
