Additional TC meeting before next one

Today we had an interesting discussion during our TC meeting [1],
but we didn't manage to come to a conclusion regarding #975075 -
Should maintainers be able to block init compatibility changes?
Given that taking a decision regarding the contents of this bug
could make a significant difference in what ends up getting
released, we agreed to call for an additional meeting after we've
gathered some extra information.
It's a tricky time to be adding meetings, given the holidays, but
we'll try to do it anyway. I've created a poll to check which dates
better fit our schedules, please fill it in at your earliest
