Dear TC,

With five votes in, and more than two week passed, I am apparently becoming
the Technical Committee chair again. Thank you for your trust!

As was mentionned during today's IRC meeting; given my term's expiry at the
end of 2018, it makes sense for someone else to take that role over somewhen
during this year, for a smooth transition. It makese a lot of sense for myself
too; I will therefore step down sometimes in summer, or at the next automatic
vote.
