I've undone the mail filtering that I did on Sunday and caught up on what seemed like the most important emails. I'm still sorry that I reacted the way I did but I still think my anger is completely justified. I don't intend to get into very much discussion here. I'm aware that I'm not at my most convincing when I'm this angry. I'm going to take some formal actions to deal with the fallout (for which I apologise) but also make some new proposals and give an ultimatum. Ian.
