I'm not going to try to talk you out of this.

In that case we need options on the ballot which don't contain any of
the texts on this question I was proposing, as well as options why do.

If there is noone who wants to explicitly say something like this

    O. Debian intends to converge on one init system; in jessie+1,
       packages may require that the default init system is in use.

then there is no point putting it on the ballot.

That would leave us with

    DM  systemd by default, but also others
    D-  systemd by default, say nothing else
    UM  upstart by default, but also others
    U-  upstart by default, say nothing else
    R-  openrc by default, say nothing else
    V-  sysvinit by default, say nothing else

I'm not going to push for RM and RV even though I would prefer them,
because I think R- and V- are more popular in the rest of the TC.
