I agree that really important issues need to go via bugs, and bugs
should work without bounces or mail to the submitter. This is however
the case here.

I also tend to prefer if the address is using an moderation-setup
instead of an bounce setup (and I would recommend that to anyone), but
I don't think I'd like to enforce people to that.

I might be willing to issue an policy statement saying so, but I
wouldn't like to overrule a maintainer on that. If prefered, it's also
ok for me to just close this case.
