Security problems are not necessarily technical.
Security, in general, is a social issue. There are technical issues
which need to be addressed as a part of security, but security problems
can't be solved through purely technical means.

What false technical reasons? I don't see any reject reasons I'd
classify as technical. Either you have not told us the real problem,
or you are inaccurate in characterizing the problem (these needn't be
mutually exclusive).
