There is; debian-gtk-gnome@l.d.o. I've CC'd that list so people there
but not on -ctte know about this meeting.

Upstream certainly doesn't. And if I were deploying Debian developer
resources, I wouldn't use them to preserve an obsolete, unsupported
version of GNOME. Rather, I would use them to ensure that the upgrade
from GNOME 1 to GNOME 2 goes smoothly.
