Bug#508922: SLIME doesn't like a non-Debian Lisp

> Good idea, however how can I tell your non-debian CCL to load swank?

It'd be okay to have a single, well documented form to put in one's init
file. Ideally, I'd like to be able to install a random non-Debian
Common Lisp implementation, then say

  (load "/usr/share/common-lisp/insinuate-into-debian.lisp")

and have all of the Debian CL packages available. Right now, since I've
switched to CCL, I'm limited to what I can asdf-install.

(I *am* going to file a request to package CCL as soon as I recall how
it's done. Seem to recall something about wnpp, or something.)
