Speaking for those I maintain.
Looks like at least glance should be switched to boto3. I just did that,
but it FTBFS with something unrelated in tests... :(
I don't think I'd mind so much removing heat-cfntools from Debian. I'm
not sure if it's still even maintained upstream. The last release was in
2016 ... I've just asked the OpenStack mailing list.
