Minor correction: nm-cloud-setup is based on *NetworkManager* and uses
it for DHCP and DHCPv6.  It then accesses the IMDS (in the case of EC2
or EC2-compatible services) or equivalent services in GCE or Azure to
discover more details about the network environment, such as secondary
IPs, delegated prefixes, etc.

It's probably worth a post -devel on this topic, if there hasn't been
one recently.  Now's the time to introduce changes if anything major is
