deprecation for Debian distro support on OpenStack Kolla

Hi all,

after a brief conversation with Steve McIntyre, he suggested to inform
this mailing about the conversation that is going on upstream on the
OpenStack Kolla project:

Nobody seems to be maintaining the Debian containers so they are
considering deprecating them. Linaro would like to start contributing
ARM64 Debian based containers soon, so any help keeping the Debian
containers up to date would be appreciated.
