These are containers that allow users to deploy OpenStack[1], so a
Debian container with the relevant bits to run each of the services. We
haven't started working on this yet, but it is next on our list, and we
would like to keep Debian as an option for the OS of the containers.
These have nothing to do with the Debian image for OpenStack or even the
Debian base docker container if you have one.
