5 years ago I prepared a build for a cinnamon fix (ubuntu specific) and
when I asked for SRU uploaded replied me that also debian developers and
debian maintainers can uploaded to ubuntu with debian keys (if are in
"uploaders" field for the packages) if I remember good (in the old case
he uploaded it), I don't know if something is changed in latest years
and from a very fast search I not found something about (probably I not
used the right "search keys" in google)
