mousetweaks in cinnamon

Hi, I saw a commit that remove mousetweaks in cinnamon-control-center

>From a search in it seem really unused in c-c-c but is used in cinnamon
and is not in its deps. or recommends:

I think good thing should be added it as dep. or rec. in cinnamon but in
bug 965345 tell that mousetweaks package will not be maintained anymore
by gnome team, what is better do?
