Hi Fabio, me again,/usr/libexec/xapp *BUT* this seems to be incorrect: Now running lintian xapp_1.8.6-1_amd64.changes ... E: libxapp1: arch-dependent-file-not-in-arch-specific-directory usr/libexec/xapps/sn-watcher/xapp-sn-watcherHmm, thinking about where to put the files $PREFIX/lib/$ARCHTRIPLE/xapp would be logical, but then also the .py files (mate*) would end up there. Not a problem for me, though. BTW, is there an easy way to reuse an option to define the value of another option in meson? Something like -D libexecdir='${libdir}' or similar...?
there isn't a full multiarch support on all cinnamon related software for really use it FWIK
I did a fast search and default libexec is changed on debian policy and debhelper:
debhelper man:
--libexecdir variable and thus relies on the build system default - which should be /usr/libexec (per FHS 3.0, adopted in Debian Policy 4.1.5).debhelper changelog:
* autoconf.pm: Leave --libexecdir at upstream default (/usr/libexec) in compat 12 and later. (Closes: #859724)
@Maxy: can you please give advice on what is better do?
