About cinnamon 4.6 and related packages review I missed the cinnamon one, did a check now: seems ok except one small dep. missed ( python3-tinycss2 https://salsa.debian.org/cinnamon-team/cinnamon/-/commit/bcbabeabccfc6533c338268d59a86a9d63ff5ee2 )
I spotted now that in xapp xapp-sn-watcher was rewritten from python to C:
but was not changed in our packages and is in -common in new "experimental" packages
is ok/good do the same of upstream packages or is there something better?
anyway I not understand why with my upstream PR that remove meson
build hack (for build on older dh10) built it in
usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xapps/sn-watcher instead of
usr/libexec/xapps/sn-watcher with same debian/rules (my upstream
PR and our packages)
Installing xapp-sn-watcher/xapp-sn-watcher to /root/project/debian/tmp/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xapps/sn-watcher ( https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/linuxmint/xapps/85/workflows/0b3d7fbb-1863-4bc5-b3bf-ede362acf82d/jobs/549/steps )and after check better I see:
