I not found error in my tests, I suppose was unexpected case when
you did upgrade too nearly packages upload to sid and "rec: cinnamon-l10n (>= 3.8)" even it
seems strange to me that recommends cause packages remove for
conflict.
Now that cinnamon-l10n 3.8 is migrated in testing repository you can
reinstall it without change, tell me if you have issue/warning about
install it.
