[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] owncloud-client needs rw home

Hey,

thx for the hint with XDG_CONFIG_DIR. oCC doesn't respect XDG_CONFIG_DIR but I 
wrote a patch for that. Now the tests run successfully.
