Please kindly solve my quests
Currently I am using my Toshiba Satellite 4100 XCDT and I would like to
install my debian 2.1 into it. However, I checked that there's some
kernel compatability problem between debian disk 1 and Toshiba
notebooks, so I used debian disk 2 to install. After mounting the CDROM
at /mntinst during installation, it prompted for some files which are
required, but the problem is that those files didn't really exist in the
CDROM. So finally I can just use back my RedHat 6.1 in my notebook.
Anyone can teach me how to install Debian into my notebook ?
Another problem is that I got the Xircom RealPort 10/100 LAN + 56K
modem card. Could anyone kindly tell me where I can get the driver for
it ? It's too unconvinent to NOT connecting my notebook into my LAN at
