dselect-beginners translated!

Hi all,

Thank you Alex Wang <alex@mail.kaifenginfo.net> for translated the
dselect-beginner manual! I have put the HTML version in

    http://www.debian.org/~ypwong/dselect-beginner.zh_CN.html/

The source SGML files can be downloaded from

    http://www.debian.org/~ypwong/dselect-beginner/

The SGML should be processed by debiandoc-sgml package to process it.
Specfically you can use just issue the command 
'debiandoc2html dselect-beginner.zh_CN.sgml' to generate the HTML
files.

Any volunteer to convert it to Big5? :))
