之所以会混用，或许是因为这个概念本身就有问题。我们需要的是适合实际情况的协议，没必要去钻牛角尖折腾老外写的这些东西。

开源软件or自由软件，这个太孔乙己了吧。 更何况斯托曼（月初还在北京，不知道回去没）这些当时的开源鼻祖之间还始终存在不同的观点。（在‘操作系统的革命“里可以看到）

在我们国内，无非就涉及：

代码是不是开放的

文档有没有公开

进行二次开发是否需要保留版权

发布二次开发的作品时是否也要开放源码

(如有其它请补充）
