用 debootstrap 可以，但是如果不想学一种新的方法，还想用 grub4dos 那种方法，仍然是可以的，只是不用 grub4dos
了，用 ubuntu 中的 grub，按一样的方法写好 menu.lst 文件就可以了。我试过，没问题的。例如我的是：
title Install Lenny
kernel (hd0,6)/vmlinuz
initrd (hd0,6)/initrd.gz
把光盘映像放到一个 ext2／3 分区的根下就可以了。
