首先看一下系统各个位置的温度，找到风扇一直不停的原因
cat /proc/acpi/ibm/thermal
对照下表找到哪个部件温度最高

1 CPU
2 Between PCMCIA slot and CPU (same as HDAPS module)
3 PCMCIA slot
4 GPU
5 System battery (front left = charging circuit)

10 Southbridge, WLAN and clock generator (under Mini-PCI card, under touchpad)
11 Power circuitry, on underside of system board under F2 key
如果是 CPU 温度过高，就采用 ondemand 调频策略，其实这个频率应付日常应
用足够了。
如果是 GPU 温度过高，就安装厂商的驱动，一般对自动降频支持的比开源驱动
好一些。
如果是其它部位，那似乎就无能为力了，凑合着用吧，夏天就是这样。
