I'm afraid I don't know.  The separation of scim-python and its pinyin
table is after my active involvement of scim-python's development and I
haven't tracked it since then.

I suspect the two tables you mentioned are related (i.e., one is derived
from the other) though.

Have you got any replies from the upstream developer yet?
