上一封邮件我说的不准确，举的例子是想说明各个邮件列表存档对``邮件标题''编码的识别，
就像 Debian 的存档，从 GBK/GB2312 邮件标题根本无法了解每个主题在讲什么。
邮件内容在强大的浏览器面前，相对问题不大;)
