Re: [qref] append.sgml 更新翻译完成。
人的名字，我这次更新的文档，没有翻译。
好像以前的翻译没有翻译人的名字，可能像这种人名的专有名词，一般都不翻译吧！
在append.sgml里面出现的人民比较多，翻译起来可能也太花时间了，也不一定准确。
