http://qref.sf.net 中文网页添加
各位：
目前在http://qref.sf.net上面没有中文的网页，我把qref的htdocs模块检出后，;
在CVS里面添加了一个已经翻译的 index.zh.php文件，
并且更新了index.php文件和相映的其它语言的index.*.php文件。
我已经给qref的邮件列表：qref-developers@lists.sourceforge.net 发了邮件，
请求有权限的人更新
http://qref.sf.net.

该网页如下的一段英文：

can be obtained from here under HTML. About 200+ pages now. (Thus
"quick" was dropped. Also this is applicable to non-Linux variations,

我是翻译为：
原始文档使用 debiandoc SGML 写作。HTML 格式的例子配置脚本可以从这里获
得。现在大概 200 多页。
（因此，“快速” 被删除。同时由于可以被应用到非 Linux 变体，GNU/Linux 也被
删除。）
