【Debian 标志版权】 Francesco Poli [8]想知道 最近有没有将 Debian [9]
标示更换为自由版权的任何进展。 Martin Michlmayr 的[10]回答指出 SPI
(Software in Public Interest) 的集团律师已拟好一份智能财产转让同意书，
而标志的原作者也答应签署并将其所有权让渡给 SPI。一旦完成以后，授权就能更
换了。

【自动处理 USB 设备】 Martin Dickopp 正在着手 [11]撰写一只指示符稿
（script）程序，让 USB 设备插入时能自动挂载，并于设备拔除后自动卸载。他

【文件的授权?】 Daniel Carrera [15]问道 若想为文件选用 [16]Creative
Commons Attribution 和 [17]GNU GPL 的共同授权 (co-license) 时该如何处
理。但 Gervase Markham [18]认为 千万不要使用 GPL 这种并非专为文件设计的
授权，应该选用那些 DFSG 认可的自由 文件授权。

【随身碟金钥管理】 David H鋜deman [19]询问 是否有在 USB 随身保存设备
上管理 (SSH 和 GnuPG) 私钥的好方法。金钥应该要一插上 随身碟就可以用。最
后他改良了一只 Sean Finney 的[20]程序， 在 VFAT 上使用回送文件系统
（loopback filesystem）。

【选举讨论规范】因应为数众多的计划主持候选人，Jeroen van Wolffelaar

【Sarge 释出状态】 Steve Langasek 送出了新的 Sarge [23]状态纪录。为了
缓冲 testing-security 队列带来的性能冲击，在 wanna-build 以及其他 buildd
机器上修改了 SSH 服务器。这次修正之后，为了因应 [24]debian-installer 第
三候选发布版的 释出，将会冻结（freeze）与软件包库之间的链接。

【队列处理的新提案】 Joey Hess [25]提议 把处理新软件包队列的担子从
ftp 管理人（ftpmaster）的身上分一些给其他人。软件包可以上传到另一个新的
公开队列，由更多的开发人员检阅，而重新签署过的（re-signed）.change 会再
送交给主要队列。当支持该软件包的开发者足够了以后，就可以让软件包库维护人
员用更自动化的方法来处理它。

【后 Sarge 时代的发行计划】 Steve Langasek 为 sarge 之后的发行任务宣
布了一项 [27]计划 ，其中包括要把一些比较少用的硬件架构（architecture）从
Debian 软件包库里切分出来，在常规区之外另立次级的组件（component）。在
Debian 软件包库里少放一些硬件架构， 应该可以减少镜像服务器所使用的磁盘空
间以及维护 testing 所需时间。
