呃，我目前用到的技术是 Perl/PHP/wml/cvs/GNU Make，其他的就是 css/html/java
script。如果有人可以用简单的方法解决掉，也是很好。
像是网页翻译认领追踪系统等，就需要了解 CVS，并知道该如何透过程式码取得每一
个档案的版本等，同时可能会利用点资料库来纪录追踪认领状态。
