uxterm by default uses different *-iso10646-1 bitmap fonts at different
sizes, but most of the *-iso10646-1 bitmap fonts aren't complete.  Try
pressing Ctrl-RightMouseButton and choose "Large" Unicode Fonts.

That I don't know.  I only know that zh_TW.UTF-8 etc. work when you start
uxterm from within an xcinterm.  :-)
