很抱歉让您浪费了许多时间及频宽，这是这个 mirror site 到上游
频宽上得问题，我现在会担负这个责任想办法短期内改善这个问题。

apt-setup 似乎是使用 /usr/share/base-config/Mirrors.masterlist
来做列表，看来只有等 base-config update 放入新的 mirrors 列
表罗!
