Some problems with debian.linux.org.tw

我在安装debian 3.0时，指定从debian.linux.org.tw安装
(apt-setup时，清单上无此台主机)，却发生找不到package的情
形，但是，在apt-get update时却一切正常，但只要开始
apt-get install 就会发生找不到package的情形，即使依他的建
议，重新执行apt-get update后，状况依旧。
而ftp.mgt.ncu.edu.tw作为来源时，则出现could not resolve
的情形。麻烦您查明原因为何，并且更新apt-setup之清单
