zh_TW to be dropped from KDE 3.0 (again)
如果不快点行动，繁体中文 zh_TW 又要在即将发行的 KDE 3.0 中消失了！
有几点要提醒大家：
1. 如果遇上不懂译的地方，最好问人，或保留不译，总比译错好。
译好了，最好确实测试一下译出来的介面是否正确。
(上次把 anti-aliased (反锯齿或平滑字型) 译成「非化名」，
吓坏人了……)
2. 简体中文的翻译进度相当好，不妨参考一下他们已翻译好的成果，
对繁体中文的翻译也有相当的帮助。 http://i18n.linux.net.cn/

Now there is the big question how strictly we should apply our usual rule of
"kdelibs.po and desktop.po should be fully translated, kdebase around 75%"?
If we _do_ apply it we would have to drop at least 15 (!) teams for the 3.0
release which were in the beta:

If we would fully apply the rule "kdelibs fully translated" it would be even
more teams (eg Bulgarian and Turkish).But since they sometimes have good
rates in kdebase I left them in.
This would mean that the following teams would be in 3.0 (while the others
would get another chance in maybe 4-6 weeks for 3.0.1). Please check
carefully:
