我想在绝大多数的情况下 activate 都可以翻成启动，这应该问题不大。

我记得以前似乎在 Debian Chinese 还是在什么其他地方的网站上有看过一分电脑
专有名词的中英对照表，或许我们可以以此为基础来建立各个地域自己的中文翻译
名词标准...
