looking if it exists:
/usr/lib/locale/zh_CN.GB2312
if it's not there , try:
localedef -f GB2312 -i zh_CN zh_CN.GB2312
in your .bashrc file add:
? export LC_ALL=zh_CN.GB2312
? export LANG=zh_CN.GB2312
? export XMODIFIERS=@im=Chinput

in file /etc/X11/XF86Config-4
comment out "Load freetype"
add "Load xtt"
can also comment out
? FontPath ???"unix/:7100"
add :
? FontPath ? ??"/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType"
xfs or xfs-xtt font server can be shutdown
package "xfonts-arphic-gbsn00lp" need to be installed

btw, Debian is the freest Linux in our Planet, I have installed it only
for a week
it's really really very cool to me.I would like to do my projekt on it.

and ,if anyone else can tell me whether GB18030 support will be added
into GNOME/KDE?
I can generate GB18030 locale in console,but the GNOME/KDE seemed not to
support it.
