glibc 或 gtk 要 normalized codeset ( charset )
当然有他们的考量
不过我想补充一下, 当初建议大家用 Big5 是因为
http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/character-sets
记得某一份 rfc "建议" codeset ( or charset ? ) 用小写
抱怨一下, gtk 会 normalized codeset 就是因为 mandrake Pablo 建议的,
结果现在又用 Big5 真是 :-)
