不是這樣用的... 有了 ghostscript 6 with ttf support
我們就不再需要 bg5ps 了。
剛包好的 ghostscript 加上了 CJKV ttf support, 主要是參考
http://www.aihara.co.jp/~taiji/tops/
的說明，還有 cschin 的 rpm.
想測試這個新的 ghostscript 的，請這樣做:
1. 從 CLE 的 rpm 裝上文鼎字型。
2. 裝上 ghostscript-6.01-1CLE.i386.rpm
3. 修改你的 Netscape.ad, 加上以下幾行:
*documentFonts.big5*psname: Arphic-KaiB5-ETen-B5-H
*documentFonts.big5*pscode: big5
*documentFonts.big5*pswidth: 1000
*documentFonts.big5*psascent: 880
*documentFonts.gb2312*psname: Arphic-KaiGB-GB-EUC-H
*documentFonts.gb2312*pscode: gb2312
*documentFonts.gb2312*pswidth: 1000
*documentFonts.gb2312*psascent: 950
4. 啟動 Netscape, 找個中文網頁(Big5 or GB 皆可)看看，然後選擇
"列印到檔案"。用 gv 觀看儲存下來的 ps 檔，中文有沒有出來?
5. 若 OK 的話，就試著印到印表機吧!
(當然你要先設好你的印表機能夠列印 postscript 檔)
6. 你不再需要 bg5ps 了，rhs-printfilters
也不需用 CLE patch 過的。如果你裝了 bg5ps,
請將它移除，並將 rhs-printfilters 改成 RH 6.2
內附的 rhs-printfilters-1.63-1，再進行測試，
以免產生相衝。
現在還有些問題待解決:
1. 全形的標點符號像 ，‧ 等都印不出來。不管 Big5 or GB 都一樣。
我想是 CMap files 轉碼表有問題的關係。有沒有人能幫忙 check?
2. 如何做粗體，斜體等變化呢?
再來就是整合 abiword 以及純文字檔的列印。
這樣 0.9p1 就差不多 ready 了。
剛剛在試 abiword, 不過那個中文的 patch 問題多多，
還要努力的修改.....
至於純文字檔的列印，需要加一個 filter.
