自然碼似乎有版權問題，聽 zhaoway 兄 (?) 說大陸曾因而起官司，
而 cantonese.cin 那個也相信有問題，加上有朋友回報 bug report
說裡面有錯字錯音，所以為安全起見，都是不要放上 http://xcin.linux.org.tw/
了。

以下是方漢兄前一陣子在 cle-devel 和 debian-chinese 的回信。
如果 xcin 裏的 wubizixing (五筆字形) 是 Level 1 的話，
相信沒有版權問題，可以安心使用。

WuBi in mainland have two level, Level 1 is publich domain, Have no
liscense problem, ZiRan is copyright program, You can't distribute it.
