對，不只簡體，繁體也是；不只 release 公告，整個 Debian 網頁的中文
都有亂碼。因為咱們剛剛在 master.debian.org 上升級了制作網頁的 mp4h 軟件，
可惜升級錯了有 bug 的版本，這個 webmaster 已知道了，他正在重建網頁，
希望在數個小時後可以得到修正。 :-)
（mp4h 1.0.2 會中斷；1.1.0-1 會把 0xB3 濾掉；1.1.0-1.1 是聽取了
mp4h 作者的意見，加了 dmalloc 編譯，就沒有問題了。大半天前被安裝錯了的，
就是 1.1.0-1 版了。） :-/
