zh_CN or zh_CN.GB2312 ??

hi,
i happened to notice that in /etc/gtk/ (debian woody helix-gnome)
there is only gtkrc.zh_CN (by pablo from mandrake) but no zh_CN.GB2312,

i suspect this should be changed? please advice. thanks.

(the reason is that seems lots of packages/subsystem cannot
agree with the locale names, like in current xemacs 21.1 + mule,
and other places, ... which well just got me on the code i'm now
writint... :(
