Base-passwd 1.2.0-2 uploaded to master.

Uploaded to master in both frozen and unstable.
It fixes a minor problem in the group file. Additionaly, it replaces 
1.2.0-1 which sources couldn't be extracted by dpkg-source (the diff 
changes was somewhat broken).
